If you are a lady, have a strong head on your shoulders and keep to yourself. If you are a guy with experience with dealing, and a good personality you will most likely love it there and have no issues. Keep to yourself, don’t get close to customers outside of work, and make sure to be quick. I did have a great team of dealers alongside me, but the tips are so good that they can’t speak up for you either since they don’t want to become a target from management. issues and claims are supposed to be taken seriously (and HR truly does take it seriously), but because most managers are friends with the customers and employees, you won’t have people willing to speak up for you and will probably say you are incompetent. If you do get a job here dealing cards, do not trust anyone with a concern besides HR. Hours can be really long for new dealers, people are supposed get cut as first come first serve, but really it is a game of favorites.
Only 2 or 3 managers truly have your back.
