Even when you book a table, you book a table for 'Hillbrook' not 'Redbook'. Everything is as if the restaurant is named 'Hillbrook'. The salad was the only thing good! I bought a small bottle of the Italian dressing! Sadly I won’t be back 😏 only to buy the dressing! We wasted $30 plus.īeware: The web site for the restaurant and restaurant reservation doesn't include the word 'Redbook'. we left our server a generous tip because it wasn’t her fault. I got the spinach ravioli which was suggested by my server & the ravioli had this awful taste to it like rubber almost. we ordered mozzarella sticks & they were delicious! My daughter got the chicken fettuccine and it was awful! We didn’t say anything but the chicken had 0 flavor and reminded me of chicken out of a can. the garlic knots weren’t appetizing they were kinda doughy in the middle with no hint of garlic what so ever. our server with blonde hair was a sweet girl. so we tried this cute little Italian place wanted to show my daughter some food places that have been around for awhile.
sadly Charles town doesn’t have much around here. I haven’t been to this restaurant since I was a teen! My daughter and I wanted to try new restaurants in 2022.
